This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, credits, top-ups, and billing issues are handled for TrackScene Studio.

TrackScene Studio is an AI-powered music video creation platform that uses credits, subscriptions, rendering, exports, and third-party AI processing services. Because AI generation and video rendering can create real processing costs, refunds are subject to the conditions below.

Our Refund Approach

We want users to have a fair and positive experience with TrackScene Studio.

If you experience a billing issue, technical problem, or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at support@trackscene.ai and we will review your request.

Refunds are not automatic and are assessed according to this Refund Policy, your usage, the nature of the issue, and any applicable consumer laws.

First Subscription Refunds

For a new paid subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if:

  • You have used less than 20% of your included monthly credits
  • You have not successfully exported a completed video
  • Your account has not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use rules
  • The refund request is made from the email address connected to the account

If these conditions are met, we may issue a refund to your original payment method.

Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. After cancellation, you may continue to access your plan features until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise stated.

We do not normally provide refunds for:

  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal
  • Not using the service during a billing period
  • Changing your mind after renewal
  • Downgrading or cancelling after a payment has already been processed

If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us at support@trackscene.ai and we will review the issue.

Credits and Top-Ups

Credits and top-ups are used to generate, render, process, and export content through TrackScene Studio.

Credit purchases and top-ups are generally non-refundable once credits have been issued, used, or partially used.

We may consider a refund or credit adjustment if:

  • You were charged incorrectly
  • A duplicate payment was made
  • Credits were not added to your account after successful payment
  • A confirmed platform error prevented you from using purchased credits

Unused credits may expire, reset, or be limited according to your plan details, subscription status, or the terms shown at the time of purchase.

Failed Generations and Technical Issues

AI generation can sometimes produce unexpected, incomplete, or unsatisfactory results. This does not automatically qualify for a refund.

However, if a generation fails due to a confirmed technical error on TrackScene Studio’s side, we may, at our discretion:

  • Restore the credits used
  • Provide replacement credits
  • Assist with regeneration
  • Review the issue for a possible refund in exceptional cases

Examples of technical issues may include:

  • Failed rendering caused by a platform error
  • Credits deducted without a generation attempt
  • Export failure caused by a system issue
  • Account access problems caused by a platform fault

Before requesting a refund due to a technical issue, please contact support so we can attempt to resolve the problem.

Generated Content and Creative Results

TrackScene Studio uses artificial intelligence to help generate music videos, lyric videos, scenes, captions, visual assets, and exports.

Because AI-generated results can vary, we do not guarantee that every output will match your exact artistic expectations, commercial goals, or personal preferences.

Refunds are not provided solely because:

  • You do not like the creative result
  • The AI output was not what you expected
  • You changed your mind after generating content
  • Similar content could be generated for another user
  • Your video did not achieve a particular marketing, streaming, or social media result
  • A third-party platform rejected, removed, demonetised, or limited your content

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and using any generated output.

Plan Limits, Watermarks, and Export Quality

TrackScene Studio plans may include different limits, such as monthly credits, export resolution, watermark settings, release asset access, storage, and feature availability.

Refunds are not provided because of plan limits that were disclosed before purchase or displayed on our pricing page.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Starter plan watermarking
  • Resolution limits by plan
  • Credit limits
  • Export limits
  • Release asset restrictions
  • Feature access differences between plans

Please review plan details carefully before purchasing or upgrading.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, billing portal, or by contacting support.

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund previous payments.

After cancellation:

  • Your access may continue until the end of the current billing period
  • Unused credits may expire or become unavailable according to your plan terms
  • You may lose access to paid features, exports, storage, or premium tools
  • Your account data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

Account Termination and Policy Violations

Refunds will not be issued if your account is suspended, restricted, or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use rules, copyright requirements, payment abuse, fraud, or misuse of the platform.

This includes misuse such as:

  • Uploading content you do not have rights to use
  • Attempting to bypass plan limits
  • Abusing credits, refunds, or trial offers
  • Creating prohibited or unlawful content
  • Using TrackScene Studio for misleading, harmful, or infringing purposes

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased TrackScene Studio through a third-party marketplace, reseller, affiliate, app store, or external platform, you must contact that provider directly for refund requests.

Third-party purchases may be subject to different refund policies, processing times, and conditions.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • We will process the refund to your original payment method where possible
  • Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days
  • Your bank, card provider, or payment processor may take additional time to show the refund in your account

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or card providers.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

We are committed to reviewing billing issues fairly and quickly.

Unresolved or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Loss of access to generated content and credits
  • Cancellation of active subscriptions
  • Restriction from future purchases
  • Recovery of fees or costs where permitted by law

Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where a refund, repair, replacement, or remedy is required by law, we will comply with our legal obligations.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

When we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may be communicated by email, in-app notice, or by posting an update on our website.
